SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with sadness of the death of Jeffrey Williams of Waukegan on March 30, 2005; and

WHEREAS, He was born on February 16, 1962; he graduated from Waukegan High School on June 6, 1983; he was employed at Lakeside Work and Training Center and looked forward to going to work every morning; he became a Christian at an early age; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Jeffrey Williams has been deeply felt by many, especially his parents, the Reverend James and Vivian Williams; his brothers and sisters, Mike (Martha) Williams, Danny (Joyce) Williams, Brenda (James) Whitehead, Kathleen (Dayton) Mosely, Vicky Williams, Lella (Jimmy) Scott, and Ira (Stella) Williams; his half sisters, Linda Williams and Donnie Moore; his half brother, James Williams Jr.; his grandmother, Frances Saxton; and his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia (Williams) Holmes; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Jeffrey Williams, and we extend our most sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
