SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the State of Illinois learned with regret of the death of Loyd Yoast of Blairsville on Monday, July 4, 2005; and

WHEREAS, Mr. Yoast had worked as a self-employed mechanic prior to his illness; and

WHEREAS, The passing of Loyd Yoast has been deeply felt by many, especially his brothers, Irvin Yoast and Ardell and wife, Terri Yoast; his sister, Helen and husband, Mike Dixon; and his many nieces and nephews; he was preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Ada Yoast, and his brothers, Virgil Yoast and John C. Yoast; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Loyd Yoast, and we extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to his family as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
