WHEREAS, It is necessary that Senators should be conversant with the business transacted by the Senate each day, in order that they may act understandingly on all matters; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FOURTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the Secretary shall prepare each day an exact transcript of the Journal and have copies thereof printed at once.
