    Amends the Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and Energy Producing Service Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the shorttitle.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and Energy
5 Producing Service Act is amended by changing Section 2 as
6 follows:

7     (70 ILCS 3110/2)  (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 7102)
8     Sec. 2. Title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be cited
9 as the "Metro East Solid Waste Disposal and Energy Producing
10 Service Act".
