1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

5     (55 ILCS 5/3-5040 rep.)
6     (55 ILCS 5/3-5041 rep.)
7     (55 ILCS 5/3-5042 rep.)
8     (55 ILCS 5/3-5043 rep.)
9     (55 ILCS 5/3-5044 rep.)
10     Section 5. The Counties Code is amended by repealing
11 Sections 3-5039, 3-5040, 3-5041, 3-5042, 3-5043, and 3-5044.

12     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
