505 ILCS 90/3.01

Amends the Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning nursery records.

AN ACT concerning agriculture.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Insect Pest and Plant Disease Act is amended by changing Section 3.01 as follows:

(505 ILCS 90/3.01) (from Ch. 5, par. 63a)

Sec. 3.01. A nurseryman and and nursery dealer shall maintain for one year records of plant purchases, acquisitions, sales or other distributions, and make the records available upon request to the Director for inspection. It shall be unlawful for any person to withhold records, keep or file false records or to inaccurately alter his or her records or to present to the Department any materially false records.
