Amends the Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning publications.

AN ACT concerning agriculture.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Fertilizer Act of 1961 is amended by changing Section 13 as follows:

(505 ILCS 80/13) (from Ch. 5, par. 55.13)

Sec. 13. Publications. The The Director shall publish at least semi-annually and in such forms as he may deem proper:

(a) Information concerning the distribution of commercial fertilizers and custom mixes by counties.

(b) Results of analysis based on official samples of commercial fertilizers and custom mixes distributed within the state as compared with the analysis guaranteed under Sections 4 and 5.
