SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 235/1

Amends the Illinois AgrAbility Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois AgrAbility Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 235/1)

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois AgrAbility Act.
