Amends the Aquaculture Development Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the purpose of the Act.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Aquaculture Development Act is amended by changing Section 3 as follows:

(20 ILCS 215/3) (from Ch. 5, par. 2303)

Sec. 3. Purpose. The The purpose of this Act is to establish a policy and program toward improving the science and husbandry of aquaculture as a means to expand the aquaculture industry and related economic activity in this State.
