Amends the University of Illinois Trustees Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning electing a board president and drawing money from the treasury.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning education.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The University of Illinois Trustees Act is amended by changing Section 5 as follows:

(110 ILCS 310/5) (from Ch. 144, par. 45)

Sec. 5. The The trustees of the said University shall elect, annually, from their own number, a president; and no money shall be drawn from the treasury of the University, except by order of the board of trustees, on the warrant of the president of the said board, countersigned by the recording secretary.
