305 ILCS 55/5-1

Amends the Public Health Program Beneficiary Employer Disclosure Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning public aid.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Health Program Beneficiary Employer Disclosure Law is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2009)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the Public Health Program Beneficiary Employer Disclosure Law.

References in this Article to "this Law" mean this Article.
