    Amends the Local Mass Transit District Act. Makes a technical changein a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning local government.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Local Mass Transit District Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (70 ILCS 3610/1)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 351)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ cited as the "Local
8 Mass Transit District Act".
