SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

35 ILCS 645/5-1

Amends the Electricity Infrastructure Maintenance Fee Law. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning revenue.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Electricity Infrastructure Maintenance Fee Law is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(35 ILCS 645/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article shall be known and and may be cited as the Electricity Infrastructure Maintenance Fee Law.
