SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 2205/2205-1

Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Makes technical changes in a Section concerning the Department of Healthcare and Family Services (formerly the Department of Public Aid).

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Public Aid Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is amended by changing Section 2205-1 as follows:

(20 ILCS 2205/2205-1)

Sec. 2205-1. Article short title. This Article 2205 of the the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the Department of Healthcare and Family Services Public Aid Law.
