SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
 
230 ILCS 5/34.2 new
230 ILCS 10/13.2 new

    Amends the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 and the Riverboat Gambling Act. Requires each automated teller machine located within a facility operated by an organization licensee and inter-track wagering location licensee or on a riverboat or the home dock of the riverboat operated by an owners licensee to allow a patron to deposit moneys into his or her bank account. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning gaming.
 
2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
 
4     Section 5. The Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 is amended
5 by adding Section 34.2 as follows:
 
6     (230 ILCS 5/34.2 new)
7     Sec. 34.2. Automated teller machines. Each automated
8 teller machine, as defined in the Automated Teller Machine
9 Security Act, located within a facility operated by an
10 organization licensee and inter-track wagering location
11 licensee must allow a patron to deposit moneys into his or her
12 bank account.
 
13     Section 10. The Riverboat Gambling Act is amended by adding
14 Section 13.2 as follows:
 
15     (230 ILCS 10/13.2 new)
16     Sec. 13.2. Automated teller machines. Each automated
17 teller machine, as defined in the Automated Teller Machine
18 Security Act, located on a riverboat or the home dock of the
19 riverboat operated by an owners licensee must allow a patron to
20 deposit moneys into his or her bank account.

1     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
2 becoming law.
