1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, George V. Griffin received his engineering degree
3 from the University of Illinois in 1954; and

4     WHEREAS, George Griffin became an employee of Walter E.
5 Deuchler Associates, Inc., a consulting engineering firm
6 located in Aurora, upon graduating from the University of
7 Illinois; and

8     WHEREAS, During his employment George Griffin became the
9 sanitary district engineer for the Fox Metro Water Reclamation
10 District (formerly known as the Aurora Sanitary District) from
11 1962 to the present; and

12     WHEREAS, George Griffin was the president of Walter E.
13 Deuchler Associates, Inc., from 1978 to 1996; and

14     WHEREAS, George Griffin provided long, dedicated, and
15 outstanding service for 45 years to the Fox Metro Water
16 Reclamation District; therefore, be it

17     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
18 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
19 congratulate George V. Griffin on his retirement from Walter E.
20 Deuchler Associates, Inc. and as the sanitary district engineer

1 for the Fox Metro Water Reclamation District and wish him the
2 best in his future endeavors; and be it further

3     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
4 presented to George V. Griffin as a symbol of our respect.
