1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate Charles Foster on
4 the occasion of being the recipient of the Charles Foster Award
5 for Business Achievement from the Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce
6 on October 19, 2007; and

7     WHEREAS, Charles Foster is the President of C. Foster Toys,
8 one of the most prolific businesses in the Village of Hinsdale;
9 his company's reputation for excellence has made him a widely
10 respected and admired member of his profession, with multitudes
11 of honors and awards given to him in recognition of his work;
12 and

13     WHEREAS, Charles Foster and his wife, Jane, have three
14 sons, Steven, Mike, and Jeff; his family is extremely proud of
15 him and his achievements as a businessman, husband, and father;
16 and

17     WHEREAS, Charles Foster's many contributions to the
18 Village of Hinsdale have been invaluable to the Village and its
19 citizens; therefore, be it

20     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
21 NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we

1 congratulate Charles Foster on the occasion of being the
2 recipient of the Charles Foster Award for Business Achievement
3 and wish him continued success and happiness in the future; and
4 be it further

5     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
6 presented to Charles Foster as a symbol of our esteem and
7 respect.
