HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives are pleased to congratulate Charles Foster on the occasion of being the recipient of the Charles Foster Award for Business Achievement from the Hinsdale Chamber of Commerce on October 19, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Charles Foster is the President of C. Foster Toys, one of the most prolific businesses in the Village of Hinsdale; his company's reputation for excellence has made him a widely respected and admired member of his profession, with multitudes of honors and awards given to him in recognition of his work; and

WHEREAS, Charles Foster and his wife, Jane, have three sons, Mike, Jim and Steve; his family is extremely proud of him and his achievements as a businessman, husband, and father; and

WHEREAS, Charles Foster's many contributions to the Village of Hinsdale have been invaluable to the Village and its citizens; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we congratulate Charles Foster on the occasion of being the recipient of the Charles Foster Award for Business Achievement and wish him continued success and happiness in the future; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Charles Foster as a symbol of our esteem and respect.
