    Amends the Family Caregiver Act. Repeals a provision concerning a Family Caregiver Training and Support Demonstration Project. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning aging.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     (320 ILCS 65/16 rep.)
5     Section 5. The Family Caregiver Act is amended by repealing
6 Section 16.

7     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
8 becoming law.
