SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

330 ILCS 125/85

Amends the Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act. Changes the Act's repeal date from January 1, 2008 to January 1, 2012. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning veterans.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Veterans' Health Insurance Program Act is amended by changing Section 85 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2008)

Sec. 85. Repeal. This Act is repealed on January 1, 2012 2008.
