SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Tyronne Greer of Springfield, who passed away on December 30, 2007; and

WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was born on December 26, 1978 in Colorado Springs, Colorado; his parents were Larry and Deborah J. Greer; and

WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was a graduate of Lawrence Adult Education Center; he was employed at the State Fire Marshal's office through Manpower Inc.; and

WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer was preceded in death by his son, Martavion L. Greer, and his grandparents, Rufus Sr. and Clara Greer; and

WHEREAS, Tyronne Greer is survived by his sons, Tavion, Jamerion, and Tyrius Greer; his daughter, Alaya Borndes-Greer; his parents, Pastor Larry Greer and Deborah Greer; his grandmother, Dorothy Baldwin; his brothers, Tramain Greer, Terry Harper, and Larry Greer Jr.; his sister, Jamelah Womack; and his numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Tyronne Greer; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Tyronne Greer as an expression of our sympathy.
