SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the passing of Joseph R. Guido; and

WHEREAS, Joseph was a St. Ignatius graduate Class of 1953 and 50-year owner of Guido's Music in the South Suburban area of Chicago; and

WHEREAS, Joseph R. Guido was the beloved husband of Gloria (nee Krawczyk); he was the loving father of Mary "Melody" Guido, Wendy (Dan) McCarthy, and Lawrence Joseph Guido; he was the cherished grandfather of Erica, Jessica, and Abby; he was the dear brother-in-law of Nancy (the late Kenneth) Ferris; and he was the devoted uncle of Anthony, Lilly, and Jason; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Joseph R. Guido; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Joseph R. Guido as a symbol of our sincere sympathy.
