SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to express their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Anthony A. Baxter, Jr., who recently passed away; and

WHEREAS, Anthony A. Baxter, Jr., was a member of S.E.I.U. Local 150, and served as the Democratic Precinct Captain of the 33rd Ward; and

WHEREAS, He was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Baxter Sr.; and

WHEREAS, Anthony Baxter Jr. is survived by his loving wife, Anne (nee Jasinski); his children, Anthony Baxter III, Thomas Kelly, Joseph Baxter, Lauren Kelly, and Julianna Baxter; his mother, Patricia Baxter; his brothers and sisters, Donna (Frank) Davis, Dennis (Christine), and Ron (Margaret) Baxter; his father-in-law, Arthur (the late Margaret) Jasinski; his good friends, Connie Calderone and Robin (Frank) Grisi; and his many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-FIFTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Anthony Baxter, Jr.; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Anthony A. Baxter, Jr.
