    Amends the Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Podiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987 is
5 amended by changing Section 2 as follows:

6     (225 ILCS 100/2)  (from Ch. 111, par. 4802)
7     (Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2028)
8     Sec. 2. Short title. This Act shall be known and~~and~~ may be
9 cited as thePodiatric Medical Practice Act of 1987.
