SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

610 ILCS 135/1

Amends the Springfield High Speed Railroad Community Advisory Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Springfield High Speed Railroad Community Advisory Act is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Springfield High Speed Railroad Community Advisory Act.
