5 ILCS 100/1-1

Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

A BILL FOR

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Administrative Procedure Act is amended by changing Section 1-1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 100/1-1) (from Ch. 127, par. 1001-1)

Sec. 1-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
