Appropriates $32,196,800 from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and reimbursements for the 2026 fiscal year. Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Elections Special Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and reimbursements. Appropriates $3,511,000 from the Personal Property Tax Replacement Fund to the State Board of Elections for its ordinary and contingent expenses. Appropriates $11,661,100 from the Help Illinois Vote Fund to the State Board of Elections for implementation of the Help America Vote Act of 2002. Effective July 1, 2025. |

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations. | 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | 3 | | represented in the General Assembly: | 4 | | ARTICLE 1
| 5 | | Section 5. In addition to other sums appropriated, the sum | 6 | | of $32,196,800, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is | 7 | | appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the State Board | 8 | | of Elections for operational expenses, grants, and | 9 | | reimbursements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. | 10 | | Section 10. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much thereof as | 11 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Elections Special | 12 | | Projects Fund to the State Board of Elections for operational | 13 | | expenses, grants, and reimbursements, except that this amount | 14 | | shall not exceed funds made available. | 15 | | Section 15.
