Amends the Transportation Cooperation Act of 1971. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title of this Act.

AN ACT concerning government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Transportation Cooperation Act of 1971 is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

(5 ILCS 225/1) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 601)

Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the "Transportation Cooperation Act of 1971."
