SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

20 ILCS 801/80-5

Amends the Department of Natural Resources Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning redesignation of the Department of Conservation as the Department of Natural Resources.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Department of Natural Resources Act is amended by changing Section 80-5 as follows:

(20 ILCS 801/80-5)

Sec. 80-5. Redesignation of Department. The The Department of Conservation is redesignated as the Department of Natural Resources.
