Amends the Des Plaines and Illinois Rivers Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Des Plaines and Illinois Rivers Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

(615 ILCS 60/0.01) (from Ch. 19, par. 40.9)

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Des Plaines and Illinois Rivers Act.
