1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

2     BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
3 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
4 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Community Service Education
5 Task Force is established to address what level of funding the
6 Community Service Education Program under the Community
7 Service Education Act should have; and be it further

8     RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall consist of 2 members of
9 the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the
10 House, 2 members of the House of Representatives appointed by
11 the Minority Leader of the House, 2 members of the Senate
12 appointed by the President of the Senate, 2 members of the
13 Senate appointed by the Minority Leader of the Senate, and 3
14 members who are not members of the General Assembly and who
15 represent a community service education or service learning
16 organization, to be appointed by the Governor; and be it
17 further

18     RESOLVED, That the Task Force shall report its findings and
19 recommendations to the General Assembly on or before July 1,
20 2010, and upon filing this report the Task Force is dissolved;
21 and be it further

22     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 delivered to the Governor.
