1 HOUSE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of
3 Representatives are pleased to congratulate the Mt. Carmel High
4 School Golf team, the Golden Aces, on winning the Illinois High
5 School Association Class A State Championship on October 17,
6 2010; and

7     WHEREAS, The Aces finished the two-day, 36-hole tournament
8 with a 620, five strokes better than Effingham St. Anthony's;
9 and

10     WHEREAS, John White is the coach of the Golden Aces; and

11     WHEREAS, The members of the team are: Wade Thompson,
12 Christian Seaton, Tucker Guisewite, Chase Witsman, Grant
13 Williams, and David Schroeder; therefore, be it

14     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
15 NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we
16 congratulate the Golden Aces and wish them continued success in
17 the future; and be it further

18     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
19 presented to the Mt. Carmel Golden Aces as a symbol of our
20 respect and esteem.
