| HOUSE RESOLUTION

| WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | | 3 |
| Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
Cory M. | | 4 |
| Wilson of Collinsville, who passed away on January 7, 2010; and
| | 5 |
| WHEREAS, Cory Wilson was born on April 7, 1982, in | | 6 |
| Belleville; and
| | 7 |
| WHEREAS, Cory Wilson graduated from Collinsville High | | 8 |
| School in 2000; during high school, he was an outstanding | | 9 |
| football player and went on to play football at McKendree | | 10 |
| College; he played all four years at McKendree and earned | | 11 |
| Second Team All American in his senior year; and
| | 12 |
| WHEREAS, Cory Wilson worked at ABB in St. Louis for 5 | | 13 |
| years; he also volunteered his time at Collinsville High School | | 14 |
| as a football coach for 3 years; and
| | 15 |
| WHEREAS, Cory Wilson was preceded in death by his paternal | | 16 |
| grandparents, Virginia and Harlan Wilson, and his | | 17 |
| step-grandmother, Lola Wilson; and
| | 18 |
| WHEREAS, Cory Wilson is survived by his parents, Donald | | 19 |
| (Vickie) Wilson and Marcy (Matthew) Sova; his sisters, Adrienne | | 20 |
| Wilson, Brittany Sova, and Matti Sova; his step-brother, J'uan |

| RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | | 5 |
| NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we | | 6 |
| mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Cory | | 7 |
| M. Wilson; and be it further
| | 8 |
| RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | | 9 |
| presented to the family of Cory Wilson as an expression of our | | 10 |
| sympathy.
