210 ILCS 45/3-808 new

Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Adds a provision concerning the Governor's Nursing Home Safety Task Force Recommendations (contains a Section heading only).

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Nursing Home Care Act is amended by adding Section 3-808 as follows:
