Amends the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act.
