SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Edmond Newton Zisook; and

WHEREAS, Edmond Zisook was preceded in death by his older siblings, Sylvia Zisook Trilling and David, Joseph, Irving, and Seymour Zisook and their spouses; his sister-in-law, Nancy Zisook; and his parents, Harry A. and Marian Newton Zisook; and

WHEREAS, Edmond Zisook is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lois; his children, Ellen (Scott) Goldsher and Amy (David Rosen) Zisook; his grandchildren, Jay (fiancee Karen Alcantar) and Jenny Goldsher and Sarah, Robert, and Jordan Rosen; his younger brother, Jerrold Zisook; and his many nieces and nephews and their families; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED THIRD GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Edmond Newton Zisook and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Edmond Zisook as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
