SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Michael E. Sanders; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders was born on August 2, 1958, in Chicago; his parents were Versey and Irma Jean Sanders; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders received Christ at an early age; he attended John Farren Elementary School and DuSable High School; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders was an employee at A & D Services; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders enjoyed music, dancing, martial arts, and making everyone laugh; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Walter; and

WHEREAS, Michael Sanders is survived by his children, Tashawn, Adrienne, and Telly; his siblings, Lela, Wilhelmina (Sullivan), Irma Jean (James), Terrie (Eddie), Linda, and Morris (Arlene); and his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and loved ones; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of Michael E. Sanders; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Michael Sanders as an expression of our sympathy.
