SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Julie A. Dolan nee Cummins of New Lenox, who passed away on August 14, 2012; and

WHEREAS, Julie Dolan was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Katherine Cummins (nee Balling) and her brother, Michael (Debbie) Cummins; and

WHEREAS, Julie Dolan is survived by her husband, Mike; her children, Erin and Jaclyn; her siblings, Mark Cummins, Matthew (Laura) Cummins, Christine (Allen) Snyder, Claudia (Craig) Cummins-Phelps, Carla (Bob) Petrick, Cathy (Mike) Muench, Constance (Kenneth) Kelly, and Carol Fellers; her brother-in-law, Tom (Kari) Dolan; her sisters-in-law, Kathy (Rich) Davis and Peggy (Mike) Maloney; her many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Julie Dolan, and we extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Julie Dolan as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
