5 ILCS 460/83 new
    Amends the State Designations Act. Designates Ski as the official State soda of the State of Illinois.

1     AN ACT concerning soda.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The State Designations Act is amended by adding
5 Section 83 as follows:

6     (5 ILCS 460/83 new)
7     Sec. 83. State soda. Ski is designated the official State
8 soda of the State of Illinois.
