HOUSE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of Representatives wish to recognize the Reverend Dr. Trunell D. Felder on the occasion of his pastoral anniversary of 21 years on October 16, 2022; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Felder has been a dedicated servant of his faith, serving as senior pastor of New Faith Baptist Church International; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Felder is a dynamic and humble pastor who has demonstrated excellence in his calling, providing steadfast leadership over the years; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Felder's outreach extends beyond New Faith Baptist Church International; he also serves the community on city, county, state, national, and international levels with work in South Africa, Jamaica, Haiti, Liberia, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and India; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Felder's desire is to create an atmosphere of empowering evangelism to inspire and empower people by sharing the love of his faith with the world; and

WHEREAS, Dr. Felder continues to serve the members of New Faith Baptist Church International as their pastor, leader, and friend; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SECOND GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we recognize the Reverend Dr. Trunell D. Felder on his pastoral service for the past 21 years and wish him many more; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to Dr. Felder as an expression of our esteem and respect.
