If and only if Senate Bill 1510 of the 101st General Assembly becomes law, amends the COVID-19 Medically Necessary Diagnostic Testing Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. If and only if Senate Bill 1510 of the 101st General Assembly becomes law, then the COVID-19 Medically Necessary Diagnostic Testing Act is amended by changing Section 15-1 as follows:

Sec. 15-1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the COVID-19 Medically Necessary Diagnostic Testing Act.
