    Amends the Child Vision and Hearing Test Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the short title.

1     AN ACT concerning health.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Child Vision and Hearing Test Act is amended
5 by changing Section 1 as follows:

6     (410 ILCS 205/1)  (from Ch. 23, par. 2331)
7     Sec. 1. This Act shall be known as and may be cited as the
8 ~~the~~"Child Vision and Hearing Test Act".
