SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:

220 ILCS 5/13-1200

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Extends to July 1, 2016 from July 1, 2013 the sunset date for the telecommunication Article of that Act. Effective immediately.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing Section 13-1200 as follows:

(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2013)

Sec. 13-1200. Repealer. This Article is repealed July 1, 2016 July 1, 2013.
