1 HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 107

2     WHEREAS, The State Board of Education has filed its Report
3 on Waiver of School Code Mandates, dated October 1, 2014, with
4 the Senate, the House of Representatives, and the Secretary of
5 State of Illinois as required by Section 2-3.25g of the School
6 Code; therefore, be it

7     RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
8 NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE
9 SENATE CONCURRING HEREIN, that the request made by Oswego CUSD
10 308 - Kane, Kendall, Will with respect to general State aid,
11 identified in the report filed by the State Board of Education
12 as request WM100-5966-2, is approved for 2 years and
13 disapproved for the remaining 3 years; and be it further

14     RESOLVED, That the request made by Oswego CUSD 308 - Kane,
15 Kendall, Will with respect to instructional time, identified in
16 the report filed by the State Board of Education as request
17 WM100-5966-1, is approved for 2 years and disapproved for the
18 remaining 3 years; and be it further

19     RESOLVED, That the remaining requests in the Report on
20 Waiver of School Code Mandates are approved.
