210 ILCS 125/8.2
    Amends the Swimming Facility Act. In provisions concerning fees for swimming pool licensing, provides that a license fee or license renewal fee shall not exceed $2,500. Effective immediately.

1     AN ACT concerning regulation.

2     Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:

4     Section 5. The Swimming Facility Act is amended by changing
5 Sections 8.1 and 8.2 as follows:

6     (210 ILCS 125/8.1)
7     Sec. 8.1. Fee schedule for fees assessed by the Department
8 for all licensees except certain tax-exempt organizations,
9 governmental units, and public elementary and secondary
10 schools. The fee schedule for fees assessed by the Department
11 for all licensees, except those specifically identified in
12 Sections 8.2 and 8.3 of this Act, shall be as follows:

15     All fees set forth in this Section shall be charged on a
16 per-swimming-facility or per-aquatic-feature basis, unless
17 otherwise noted. An original license fee or license renewal fee
18 under this Section shall not exceed $2,500.

21     Sec. 8.2. Fee schedule for fees assessed by the Department
22 for certain tax-exempt organizations. The fee schedule for fees

2 organization recognized by the United States Internal Revenue
3 Service as tax-exempt under Title 26 of the United States Code,
4 Section 501(c)(3) shall be as follows:

4     All fees set forth in this Section shall be charged on a
5 per-swimming-facility or per-aquatic-feature basis. An
6 original license fee or license renewal fee under this Section
7 shall not exceed $2,500.

9     Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
