SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3learn of the death of James Robert Wilford of Waukegan; and
 
4    WHEREAS, James Wilford was born on October 31, 1936, in
5Trenton, Missouri, to Roy and Lorene Wilford; he moved to Lake
6County at age 19; and
 
7    WHEREAS, James Wilford enjoyed woodworking, square
8dancing, gardening, fishing, and belonged to the Waukegan Moose
9Club; and
 
10    WHEREAS, James Wilford retired in 1993 from Komatsu after
1127 years; and
 
12    WHEREAS, James Wilford was preceded in death by his first
13wife, Gail; his grandson, Kenny Roberts; his brothers, Ronald
14Dean Wilford and Donald Ray Wilford; and his parents; and
 
15    WHEREAS, James Wilford is survived by his wife, Roseann;
16his daughters, Becky (Steve) Shebesta, Melissa (Steve) Todd,
17and Jennifer (George) Hendricks; his step-daughters, Deborah
18Wright and Patricia (Bill) O'Keefe; his grandchildren, Chris
19(Joey) Wilford, Justin Meyers, Nicole (Rob Mennes) Roberts,
20Mike Shebesta, Matt Wilford, George J.R. Hendricks, Alec

1O'Keefe, and Samantha Hendricks; his great-granddaughter,
2Cheyenne Myers; his brother, Jack (Joyce) Wilford, and his
3nieces, Sherri (Rob) Madrigal and Cyndi (Chris) Fuller;
4therefore, be it
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
7James Wilford, and we extend our sincere condolences to his
8family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
9further
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
11presented to the family of James Wilford as an expression of
12our deepest sympathy.
