SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Caroline P. "Carol" Patronski (nee Kurianowicz), who passed away on March 29, 2014; and

WHEREAS, Caroline Patronski was born on May 2, 1925; and

WHEREAS, Caroline Patronski served as deputy treasurer for the Village of Rosemont for many years; she also worked at several hotels in the 1980s and 1990s, including Best Western; and

WHEREAS, Caroline Patronski served as a volunteer at Our Lady of Hope Church; she was also in the choir and assisted with many church picnics and special events; and

WHEREAS, Caroline Patronski was the wife of the late Edward A. "Pat" Patronski, Sr.; the mother of Edward "Bud", Jr., John "Jack" (Jennifer), and Ken (Kathryn) Patronski; the grandmother of Edward Adam (Stacy), Jonathon Paul, Christopher Scott Dumsick, Daniel Paul Dumsick, Kenneth Daniel, and Matthew Thomas; the great-grandmother of Kylie Reese; and the sister-in-law of Pat (Estelle) Stephens; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her family and friends, mourn the passing of Caroline P. Patronski; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Caroline Patronski as an expression of our sympathy.
