1 SENATE RESOLUTION

2     WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to
3 learn of the death of Jean M. Rygiel of Carol Stream, who
4 passed away on March 26, 2014; and

5     WHEREAS, Jean Rygiel was born on August 27, 1935 in
6 Kenosha, Wisconsin; and

7     WHEREAS, Jean Rygiel loved to play bingo and cross stitch;
8 and

9     WHEREAS, Jean Rygiel was preceded in death by her beloved
10 husband, Thomas E. Rygiel; and

11     WHEREAS, Jean Rygiel is survived by one daughter, Tina
12 (Tom) Peterson; one son, Tim Rygiel; 6 grandchildren; 3
13 great-grandchildren; one brother, Doug Hood; and one sister,
14 Iris Manderfield; therefore, be it

15     RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL
16 ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with her
17 family and friends, mourn the passing of Jean M. Rygiel; and be
18 it further

19     RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be

1 presented to the family of Jean Rygiel as an expression of our
2 sympathy.
