SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Patricia J. Swiontek of Niles, formerly of Edison Park; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek served as a healthcare administrator at Resurrection Hospital and Lieberman Health Care; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek was a member of Saint Juliana Parish for 56 years; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek enjoyed spending time with her dog, Precious, playing bridge, cooking, and gardening; and

WHEREAS, Patricia Swiontek was the beloved wife of Clarence J. Swiontek, Jr. for 61 years; she was also the loving mother of Tom (Johanna), Terry (Michael) Mascenic, Tim (Chris), Charlie (Donna), Tracy (Carol), and Leo (Dee) Swiontek; the proud grandmother of 13; and the great-grandmother of 4; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with her family and friends, the passing of Patricia J. Swiontek; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia J. Swiontek as an expression of our sympathy.
