SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of William J. "Bill" "Monk" Bryers of Addison; and

WHEREAS, Bill Bryers was a United States Army veteran and a member of the Damen Hillebrand Knights of Columbus #650 and the Addison Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7446; and

WHEREAS, Bill Bryers was the beloved husband of Mary Jo (nee Mathis) for 53 years; the loving father of Kristi Strode, Michael (Elizabeth) Bryers, and Megan (Adam) Feinerman; the dearest grandfather of Kelsey, Peter, Emma, Billy, Michael, Molly, and Kaylie; and the dear brother of Marge Hyland, John (Doreen) Charles, the late James, and the late Donald Bryers; he is also survived by many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of William J. "Bill" "Monk" Bryers, and extend our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Bill Bryers as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
